1- Pension benefit of Rs-3000/- per month after completion of 60 Years . An increase of three hundred rupees be given every completed year of membership beyond five years. A member who has been working as a building worker for not less than one year on completion of 60 years of age.
2- Financial Assistance for marriage of self and for children (only 2 childern), th e building worker’s having continuous members ship of 3 years shall be eligable Marriage of female registered member :- Rs 51000/- Marriage of male registered member :- Rs 35000/- Marriage of daughter of registered member :- Rs 51000/- Marriage of son of registered member :- Rs 35000/-
3- Financial help upto 2 childerns for better education – CLASS IST TO VIII -RS-500/- CLASS IX TO X – RS- 700/- CLASS XI TO XII – RS-1000/-
4- Medical Assistant upto Rs-10,000/- in case of hospatized for 5 or more days due to accident or any disease. In case of natural death of the worker the nominees dependents of the member shall be given Rs-1,00,000/-
